Who we are and what this policy covers

p10node LLC is a technology company registered in Vietnam. We are the controller of personal data covered by this policy unless a service identifies a different controller. This policy applies when you visit, create an account for, connect an account to, contact, or otherwise use our websites, applications, APIs and online services under the domains listed below (together, the "Services").

References to a domain include its subdomains. A Service may give an additional privacy notice when its features require more specific information; that notice supplements this policy. When we process data inside a client's systems solely on the client's instructions, the client is the controller and we act as its processor under the relevant agreement.

Information we collect

  • Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, organisation, account identifier and authentication settings
  • Information you submit, upload or generate through a Service, including prompts, files, API inputs and outputs, listings, forms and support messages
  • Commercial information needed to provide paid Services, such as your plan, orders, billing contact and transaction records; payment providers process full payment details
  • Information you send when you contact us, request services or apply for a role
  • Technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser or device type, requested URL, timestamps, referring page, feature usage and security events
  • Cookies, local storage or similar technologies when a Service needs them for sign-in, security, preferences or functionality; any non-essential use will be described by that Service

Google and other connected accounts

If you sign in with or connect Google or another third-party account, we receive authentication tokens and only the account data authorised by the permissions shown on the consent screen. Depending on those permissions, this may include your name, email address, profile identifier or additional data needed for the feature you requested.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use connected-account data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. You can disconnect an integration in the applicable Service or revoke Google access from your Google Account security settings.

How we use information

  • Provide, operate, maintain and improve the Services
  • Create and secure accounts, authenticate users and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Process requests, transactions and customer support
  • Send service, security and administrative messages
  • Understand performance and usage without building cross-site advertising profiles
  • Comply with law, enforce our terms and establish or defend legal claims

We rely on the basis appropriate to the activity and your location: performing a contract, your consent, compliance with law, or our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services. We improve the Services using usage, performance and feedback information. We do not review content you submit for product improvement. We access it only when needed to provide support, investigate abuse or security issues, comply with law, or when you give separate consent. We do not sell personal data.

p10node.com analytics and contact form

The p10node.com marketing site uses self-hosted Umami to count page views. It sets no cookies, stores no IP address and does not follow you across sites. Campaign and referring-page details are kept in session storage and sent to us only if you submit the contact form. Email [email protected] instead if you do not want those details attached.

The p10node.com contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 for spam prevention. Google receives your IP address, browser and interaction information and may read or set cookies. Google's privacy policy and terms apply. You may contact us by email instead.

reCAPTCHA is the only third-party script this site loads and it loads only on the contact page, so no other page on p10node.com sets a cookie or calls a third party. If you would rather not load it at all, write to [email protected] and skip the form. Nothing on p10node.com is used for advertising, remarketing or cross-site profiling.

How we share information

We disclose information only to service providers that help us host, secure, communicate, analyse, bill for and support the Services; to an integration at your direction; to a client on whose behalf you use a Service; or when required to comply with law or protect rights and safety. We may transfer information as part of a merger, financing or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality. We do not share personal data with advertising networks or data brokers.

Every provider is bound by a written agreement and may use the data only to provide its service to us. The providers behind p10node.com are listed below; another Service may use additional providers, named in its own notice.

  • Cloudflare - DNS, CDN and denial-of-service protection
  • Google - reCAPTCHA v3 on the contact form
  • Resend and SendGrid - delivery of contact-form email to us
  • Slack and Telegram - internal notification so an engineer sees an enquiry
  • Our cloud hosting and managed-database providers, which run the Services

International transfers and security

We and our service providers may process information in Vietnam and other countries. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, transfers out of the EEA or the United Kingdom rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, the UK addendum or another lawful transfer mechanism. Transfers of personal data out of Vietnam follow the impact-assessment and filing requirements of Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; report a concern to [email protected].

If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the competent authority without undue delay wherever the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and Service data while your account is active and for only as long afterward as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, maintain security and meet legal, tax or accounting obligations. Retention depends on the data and Service. As a baseline, p10node.com web-server and contact-API request logs are written to a rolling log stream that our platform rotates continuously and are never retained beyond 30 days; enquiries are kept for two years after the last contact, contract and invoicing records for ten years as Vietnamese accounting law requires, and job applications for twelve months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

You may request account or personal-data deletion at [email protected]. We will delete or anonymise eligible data and explain any information we must retain. Backup copies may remain until their normal rotation completes.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, object to or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. You may also disconnect integrations, manage browser storage and opt out of non-essential communications. Email [email protected]; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

If you are in Vietnam, Decree 13/2023/ND-CP also gives you the right to know how your data is processed, to give or refuse consent, to withdraw consent, to access, correct and delete your data, to request restriction, to object to processing, and to complain, denounce or bring a claim. We answer a valid request within 72 hours, as that decree requires.

We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you by automated means alone.

You may complain to the competent data-protection authority where you live - in Vietnam, the Department of Cybersecurity and High-tech Crime Prevention (A05) of the Ministry of Public Security. We would appreciate the opportunity to address the concern first.

Children

The Services are not directed to children. Unless a Service states otherwise, you must be at least 16 to use it on your own; where local law sets a lower age of consent for online services, that lower age applies. In Vietnam, personal data of a child under 16 is processed only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, as Decree 13/2023/ND-CP requires.

A Service intended for learners may set a different minimum age or require consent from a parent, guardian or educational institution before an account is created. If you believe a child has given us personal data without the required consent, contact [email protected] so we can investigate, stop the processing and delete the data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Services or law changes. We will post the revised policy with a new date and provide additional notice through the affected Service when a change materially affects your rights.
